This Korean Industrial Standard specifies fixed metal oxide film resistors mainly used in dlectronic equip-ment (hereinafter referred to as the "resistors"). Remarks 1. The units and numerical values given in { } in this standard are based on the conrentional units and are currently the criteria in force. 2. The fixed metal oxide film resistor means a resistor produced in such a way that the metal oxide film closely fixed to the surface of a ceramic bar is employed as the resistance element, terminations are attached thereto and flame retardant protective coating is surface of this assembly.
