This standard shall be applicable to the performance test of the vapour vacuum pumps(hereinafter shall be referred to as "Pump"), including diffusion pumps and vapour jet vacuum pumps, which exhaust air using the ejection of oil or mercurum va by auxiliary pumps(oil rotary vacuum pump).
