- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of rare earth phosphate green phosphors for lamps. This standard applies to phosphates prepared by high-temperature reaction, using rare earth Ce3+ and Tb3+ ions as activators, which emit green fluorescence under the excitation of 253.7 nm ultraviolet rays.
